Prior to joining Friedman’s Brokerage Services group in November of 2020, Ryan accumulated over eight years of diverse industrial real estate experience with Crown Enterprises, Inc. Ryan’s understanding of the corporate real estate world translates into a unique point of view for his clients.
During his career, Ryan has become well versed in lease and renewal negotiation, subleases, property acquisitions and dispositions, strategic site selection analysis, real estate valuation, as well as mergers & acquisitions. Ryan has delivered numerous deals as tenant and buyer representative for internal clients such as Universal Logistics Holdings, PAM Transport and Central Transport.
With his extensive experience in transportation real estate, Ryan has also worked deals with major industry players such as ProLogis, Amazon, UPS, XPO, Old Dominion, Roadrunner, Brookfield, and many more.
A passionate real estate professional, Ryan is a forward-thinker who enjoys meeting unique challenges with innovative solutions to close even the most complex real estate transactions for his clients.
Ryan is a graduate of Michigan State University and the Eli Broad College of Business in East Lansing, Michigan. He holds an associate brokerage license in the state of Michigan.
