Chris Weir
Associate, Brokerage Services
Chris Weir serves as an Associate in Friedman’s Brokerage Division, where he specializes on the acquisition and disposition of investment grade real estate nationwide. His work also includes landlord and tenant lease representation. Chris previously served as a property manager for Friedman Real Estate, where he oversaw a commercial property portfolio of ±600,000 SF consisting of Industrial, Retail, Office, and Multi-Family properties.
Chris earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University. A competitive individual, he walked onto the men's golf team, eventually earning himself a scholarship. In his free time, Chris enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his family, and volunteering for First Tee of greater Detroit.
